You can pay at the conference site. Please note that we can only accept cash there (US$190 or 1320 yuans RMB - half of these for students or participants from least developing countries).

If you have not done that, please make hotel reservation and send us the final version of your paper and also a one-page abstract by December 5, 2008. Please send both of them to

Your file can be of Word, pdf, latex, pctex, or Scientific Word format. Please refrain from using some not-so-common fonts as other people may not have the fonts in their system. When sending in a pdf file, please do not lock it and please embed all fonts you use in the initial word processor.
