Step 3: Make the Payment You can pay at the conference site. Please note that we can only accept cash there (US$210 - half of this for students or participants from least developed countries). Step 4: Fill in the Registration form Please fill in the registration form and send it as soon as possible with the required information to: Michele David <micheled@ucsc.edu> Sending In your Final Version of your Paper and an Abstract: If you have not done that, please make hotel reservation and send us the final version of your paper and also a one-page abstract by June 13, 2009. (Please click here to get a suggested format of your one-page abstract.) Please send both of them to the following three people (Please write "APEA 2009" on the subject line.): (a) Kar-yiu Wong <karyiu@u.washington.edu> (b) Michele David <micheled@ucsc.edu> (c) Joshua Aizenman <josh.aizenman@gmail.com> Your file can be of Word, pdf, latex, pctex, or Scientific Word format. Please refrain from using some not-so-common fonts as other people may not have the fonts in their system. When sending in a pdf file, please do not lock it and please embed all fonts you use in the initial word processor. We look forward to seeing you in Santa Cruz.
