Please get a bank draft for US$190, payable to "Hong Kong University of Science and Technology" and mail it (with your name, e-mail and postal addresses, possibly together with the registration form, see step 4) to

You can pay at the conference site. Please note that we can only accept cash there (US dollar or Hong Kong dollar, i.e., US$190 or HK$1500).

Step 4: Download and Fill out the Registration Form

Please download a copy of the registration form. Fill it out and send it by e-mail <ecgloria@ust.hk> or by mail (using the above address) to Ms. Gloria Chung.

After you have completed the registration process, please do remember the following:

Sending In your Final Version of your Paper and an Abstract:

Please send us the final version of your paper and also a one-page abstract by June 24, 2007. Please send both of them to

Your file can be of Word, pdf, latex, pctex, or Scientific Word format. Please refrain from using some not-so-common fonts as other people may not have the fonts in their system. When sending in a pdf file, please do not lock it and please embed all fonts you use in the initial word processor.
