Fourteenth Annual Conference
Submitting A Paper
The deadline for submitting a paper (or an extended abstract with at least 300 words) is January 31, 2018. To better manage the list of participants, a submission fee of US$100 (or US$50 for graduate students) per paper is required. The submission fee will be either fully refunded under any of the following situations or be applied toward the registration fee (US$320, or US$160 for students) if the paper is accepted for presentation. The submission fee will be fully refunded if (a) the paper is rejected for presentation; or (b) the paper is accepted for presentation but you decide later that you will not be coming and notify us by May 31, 2018. (If such notification is received after May 31, 2018 but by June 30, 2018, then only 60 percent of the submission fee will be refunded. After June 30, 2018, no refund of the submission fee will be issued.) In other cases, the submission fee will be applied to the registration fee (i.e., a net registration fee of US$220, or US$110 for students).
To submit a paper, please click here to pay the submission fee using a credit card, debit card, or paypal. After the payment, you will be directed to a page with information about where to send your paper to.
If you prefer to pay the submission fee later, you can send your paper to <firstname.lastname@example.org>. Please note that your submission will not be processed until your submission fee is received.
If you prefer to organize one or two sessions (each consisting of four papers, plus or minur one), please send your proposal to <email@example.com> by Febraury 28, 2018 . The proposal should include the title of each session, and the names, affiliations, academic ranks, and e-mail addresses of all presenters, discussants, the organizer, and the chair.
