All participants are required to register and pay the registration fee, which covers two lunches, one conference dinner, one reception party, coffee breaks during the conference, venue fees, and other costs of organizing the conference.

The registration fee for each participant is US$320 for regular participants or US$160 for full-time students. Participants from least developed countries are eligible for a 50% discount. If you have paid the pre-registration fee, it will be deducted from your payment.

You can pay the registration fee (preferably) online (using Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or Paypal) or pay cash at the conference site.

If after payment you decide not to come, please notify us via e-mail (submit@apeaweb.org). If we receive your notification before July 20, 2019, you will receive a refund of 80% of your payment.
